		<description>*scratching head* I thought the point here was to undermine car culture, not make it worse. Whilst potholes will do more to wreck cars than people, it seems to me that removing stop signs and causing accidents created the very thing you're trying to stop. Though the removal of SUV's and other vehicles from circulation can be seen as honorable.... Well, I'd not like to be responsible for some kid going hungry because the family's only means of getting to work was removed. Perhaps a better way to undermine car culture is simply not to use one yourself. If you can't completely avoid it, minimize driving. Walk to the store even if it's a mile or two. I'd like to see coup points for how many miles a person walks instead of hopping in a vehicle.</description>
