Derrick Jensen

Derrick Jensen has been a writer, environmental activist, bee-keeper, small farmer, magazine editor (Transitions), creative writing teacher at Eastern Washington University and Pelican Bay state prison in California, and God knows what else. He holds a B.S. in Mineral Engineering Physics from the Colorado School of Mines and an M.F.A. in Creative Writing from Eastern Washington University. He is known for his passionate writing and prodigious output.
